As mentioned before one of our main goals is facilitating the teams during the rally events. We ensure that all travel related parts are seamlessly connected and nothing will be forgotten. We offer a complete and one-of-a-kind service driven by passion and perfection, we find unique solutions for our clients and partners. The enormous demand and often small availability during an event is where the skills of a specialist come in handy. A couple of months before the start of an event we visit the country concerned. Based on our own experiences, we send our clients and partners a brochure that will fit their needs and wishes. Subsequently, they can log on to the website, fill in all their needs and they will receive an overview of all they have booked. Futhermore, we visit our clients and partners on a regular basis so that we can discuss the progress. We want to relieve the teams in certain areas, so that they can fully concentrate on the rally. And, the GPT Rally guidelines have proven themselves over the last couple of years...

FLIGHTS
It all starts with the flight towards an event. At many destinations we offer you direct flights or the best, fastest connections. We work together with reputable airlines that have an excellent reputation and we are affiliated with the IATA. If a visa is needed for a certain country, we can assist you with this.ACCOMMODATION
We select several hotels for an event and each location has its own qualities. We take into account the number of stars, reviews, rates, facilities and distance to the bivouac so we can provide the perfect accommodation for everyone.TRANSFERS
We offer comfortable and reliable transportation that takes you wherever you need to go. Ensuring that you can relax and enjoy the stress-free transfer in an other country is our ultimate goal.RENTAL
Do you need an extra car or a motorhome during an event? We offer multiple Volkswagen Touaregs with roll cage that is usable during a rally. Additionally we rent a four person motorhome with a bunk bed and required equipment.BIVOUAC SERVICE
During an event we are on location for support and problem fixing. There will always be situations where we can lend a hand if needed. Also, we are often first on the next bivouac locations to make sure the affiliated teams enjoy the best spots (shown with personalized flags).MOBILE COMMUNICATION
We offer various communication options which will eliminate the very expensive roaming costs. Depending on the country, we provide local sim cards or MiFi devices. The product that you buy are checked and activated by us.MONEY EXCHANGE
Our experience has taught us that teams will need to exchange currency. The locations are often so small that this is very difficult. Every night in the bivouac we will visit all the teams to see if money has to be changed. We deliver the desired currency the following day to the team.SPONSOR MANAGEMENT
